Creative Bioarray, a leader in the blood cell analysis industry, has been working for many years to make blood analysis more accurate, easier, and with more meaningful parameters. Our Beckman Coulter Gallios-based analytical solutions can make your blood cell analysis more reliable and easier.
This Gallios is a 3 laser (405 nm, 488 nm,633 nm) unit that can detect 12 parameters (FSC, SSC and 10 flourescence channels) at up to 20,000 cells/sec at the laser intercept. It uses a 32 tube carousel for sample delivery. These instruments were upgraded to Windows 7 and Kaluza G operating software. Sample delivery is pressure driven and requires the use of 5mL polypropylene tubes.
Both Beckman Coulter Gallios instruments are configured with the same laser and parameter filter configuration.
