Cell Imaging Service—Sartorius Incucyte Live Cell Imaging System

As cell research advances, so does the need for cell imaging technology. Today's researchers need a continuous flow of dynamic, long-term experiments on cell migration, interactions, and responses to environmental disturbances that cannot be met by conventional microscopes that can only observe stationary cells. Creative Bioarray' Sartorius Incucyte Live Cell Imaging System-based live cell imaging technology can meet your stringent experimental needs.

Name of the Instrument/Platform

Sartorius Incucyte Live Cell Imaging System

Summary

The Incucyte Live Cell Image Real-Time Analysis system is housed in a dedicated incubator, allowing multiple-day experiments, tracking up to 3 fluorophores and a phase image (green, orange and NIR). 4×, 10×, and 20× objectives provide varying levels of microscopic analysis. A robust, user-friendly interface is accessible in our Scott Hall lab or from the PI's own computer, allowing remote control of the experiment as it occurs in real time. Extensive data analysis options provide powerful visualization of images and kinetic measurements.

Technical Capabilities

The Sartorius Incucyte Live Cell Imaging System-based cell imaging service offered by Creative Bioarray supports high-resolution fluorescence and brightfield image acquisition, enabling real-time recording of data over hours, days, or weeks. If you need our help, please contact us directly.
