As cell research advances, so does the need for cell imaging technology. Today's researchers need a continuous flow of dynamic, long-term experiments on cell migration, interactions, and responses to environmental disturbances that cannot be met by conventional microscopes that can only observe stationary cells. Creative Bioarray' Zeiss Axio Observer 7 Inverted Microscope with Apotome.2-based live cell imaging technology can meet your stringent experimental needs.
MANUFACTURER: Zeiss
Zeiss Axio Observer 7 Inverted Microscope with Apotome .2 is an inverted microscope with transmitted (brightfield/phase/DIC) and fluorescence illumination. This unit has a motorized Z-axis for optical sectioning. The Apotome attachment allows for structured illumination, which eliminates out of focus/scatted light. Fluorescence filters include DAPI, GFP, and TexasRed. Digital cameras= 6 MP Axiocam 506 monochrome and 5 MP Axiocam 105 color.
The Zeiss Axio Observer 7 Inverted Microscope with Apotome.2-based cell imaging service offered by Creative Bioarray supports high-resolution fluorescence and brightfield image acquisition, enabling real-time recording of data over hours, days, or weeks.
