Creative Bioarray has established one of the most complete cell sorting laboratories with extensive, state-of-the-art cell sorting equipment. We have provided high-quality cell sorting technical support to many customers from around the world. Customer satisfaction is our mission and our technicians supply a one-stop cell sorting service based on FACSAriaIIIu Flow Cytometer and Cell Sorter.
The FACSAria can sort 1, 2, 3, or 4 populations simultaneously and is equipped with an Automated Cell Deposition Unit for sorting into multiwell plates or slides. The FACSAriaIIIu is housed in a Baker Bioprotect E3 hood with an Aerosol Management System that evacuates any aerosols from the sort chamber, providing an additional level of safety for the operator while maintaining sterility for samples. The FACSAriaIIIu also has a refrigeration system that allows cooling of the sort sample as well as the sort collection tubes. It can accept various sample input tubes including 1 mL microtubes, 12 × 75-mm test tubes, and 15 mL tubes into the sample and collection chambers.
The BD FACSAriaIIIu is a sorter that incorporates a fixed-alignment cuvette flow cell. This new flow cell provides superior fluorescence sensitivity. The FACSAriaIIIu has fice air-cooled lasers at 355 nm, 407 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 633 nm allowing for multicolor analysis of up to 20 parameters.
