Creative Bioarray provides the most comprehensive histology services to clients worldwide. In addition to providing examinations including Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF), In Situ Hybridization (ISH), Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (FISH), and Transmission Electron Microscopy, we also offer custom services to meet your specific requirements. We provide Ultra-microtome-Reichert Jung Ultracut E-based histology services for you and your team.
The Ultracut E is used to obtain ultra-thin sections for Transmission Electron Microscopy. The Ultracut E is a fully automated machine. It utilizes diamond and glass knives. Ultrathin sections are routinely cut at 70 nm. Semi-thin sections are cut at 1-2 μm.
Creative Bioarray' Histology Facility specializes in routine histology services, including tissue processing, paraffin embedding, FFPE sectioning and freezing blocks, H&E, and a range of pigmented stains. Project specific applications can be developed, please contact us for more information.
