The CytoFLEX S is a flow cytometry analyzer which is equipped with four lasers (488nm, 405nm 561nm and 638nm). This analyzer can detect up to 15 parameters (13 fluorescence channels plus forward and side scatter signals). It can detect four channels from the violet laser (405nm), two from the blue laser (488nm) four from the yellow-green laser (561nm), and three from the red laser (638nm). It is equipped with APD (Avalanche Photo Diode) detectors which allow for high sensitivity and low-noise signal detection. The Cytoflex S has an ultra-low pressure fluidics system specially suited for small sample volumes and volumetric cell counting.
5ml FACS tubes can be used on the Cytoflex S. Additionally, our Cytoflex S has a plate loader to acquire samples in an automatic way from 96-well Standard Flat, U- or V-bottom plates. The plate loader can be adapted to plates from different companies as the sampler needle height is adjustable.
