Our BD FACSAria III SORP is equipped with 5 lasers (405nm, 445nm, 488nm, 561nm and 633nm; the 405nm-laser and 445nm-laser use the same light path/pinhole and cannot be used simultaneously) and can detect 16 colours simultaneously.
