The BD FACSAriaTM Fusion Cell Sorter SORP instruments is a high speed-cell sorter with a fixed-alignment cuvette flow cell for high fluorescence sensitivity. It is placed in a biosafety cabinet for increased protection and can be used with BSL-2 level samples since it is located in our (access-restricted) BSL-2 lab U1.43. The instrument is equipped with 6 lasers (355nm, 405nm, 445nm, 488nm, 561nm and 633nm) detecting up to 18 fluorescent parameters plus forward and side scatter signals.
